By train

The nearest train stations to the the Pilat Regional Nature Park  : 

  • North of the Pilat: the SNCF station of  Saint-Etienne, Saint-Chamond, Rive-de-Gier, and Givors
  • In the Rhone Valley: the SNCF station of Lyon, Vienne and Saint-Clair-Les-Roches. 

Journey by TGV to Saint-Etienne, Lyon or Valence then by TER.

From Saint-Etienne/Bellevue: STAS - Line 80 : Bellevue - Rochetaillée / La Barbanche. Some schedules require a prior reservation at 0 800 041 042​. Check the Timetable.

Transport on demand (Vienne Condrieu Agglomération) :

Adapted to the daily needs of residents, the Navette L'va now offers routes (one-way and/or round-trip), defined according to 4 distinct geographical zones: rive droite Gier, rive droite Rhône, rive gauche Nord and rive gauche Sud.
The Navette L'va is a genuine complement to regular public transport lines, providing connections with the urban bus network (lines 1 to 8) and TER lines.

The service operates all year round (excluding public holidays), Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday for journeys to and from business parks).
All you need to do is book your journey by 5pm the day before (Friday for the following Monday).
